Different insurers have different systems for handling claims, but regardless of who insures you, we are always there to assist you and ensure that your interests are properly represented.
Most insurers either prefer to deal with claims directly, or to use the services of a loss adjuster to resolve matters, and the procedures for each company are outlined below. But rest assured, we monitor all claims, with our Claims Handler, Oscar Camilleri, in daily contact with all insurers and loss adjusters.
