The figures are in and we are delighted to report that in October, we renewed over 95% of all our policies due that month.
In a difficult insurance market this level of retention indicates both the loyalty of our clients, to whom we say a huge thank you, and also the skill of our team navigating their way through the hardest market for 30 years.
